Our office is out in Village Post Pipnar. It is a small place, and everyone knows everyone else. We are Samadhan Smridhi Bio Energy, which sounds like a big name, but we are just a local farmer producer company. We focus on bio energy because it seems to make sense for the land here. Our office is just a simple building in the village. It is not fancy, and we do not have a big staff. It is mostly just a few of us handling everything. We spend a lot of time outdoors or visiting other farmers in Pipnar. The work is not always clean, and we often have mud on our boots. That is just part of being in this business.
