Anil Agro Processors

Anil Agro Processors is located at Plot No.-12, which is quite close to the Chandrashya Ashram and the Main Shiv Mandir. It’s a quiet enough area until we get the machines going in the morning. We spend a lot of our time processing different types of crops and agricultural items that come in from the nearby fields. It is hard work, mostly involving cleaning, sorting, and making sure everything is ready for the next stage. The space at Plot 12 isn't huge, but we make it work by keeping everything in its right place. Sometimes the dust from the grains gets everywhere, so we are constantly sweeping up. Being near the temple means we hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of the equipment. We started this because there was a need for local processing around here, and we just kept at it. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all walk or bike in. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the machinery works and how to handle the produce. Every season brings something different, so we have to change how we set things up depending on what is being harvested. It's a basic setup but it gets the job done and keeps us busy throughout the year.
