We set this up here in Patehara. It’s mostly just us working together on the farm stuff. Rajkumar Vishwakarma helps keep things organized from his place. Sometimes it's hard to get everything right with the crops and the weather, so we figured doing it as a group makes more sense. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just local people trying to handle the farming work better. Most days are spent out in the fields or talking about what seeds to get next. It gets busy during harvest time, and that's when we really see why we started Maa Sharda Welfare Farmers Producer Company Limited. It’s not always easy to manage, but we manage. We deal with what we have and try to help each other out when someone is short on hands or equipment. There’s a lot of paperwork nowadays which we aren't always fond of, but it’s part of the job now. We just want to make sure the food we grow gets to where it needs to go without too much trouble. If you’re looking for us, we are usually around Patehara. It’s a quiet spot, and we like it that way. Just a bunch of farmers doing what they know. We don't put on any acts here. It is what it is, just hard work and hoping for a good season every year. We share tools when we can because buying new ones costs a lot.
