We started Rewan Jankisan Farmer Producer Company Limited because we needed to get things done here in Rewan. Most of us work out of Devesh Kumar’s place. It is just a small setup in the 284204 area. We spend most of our days dealing with the land and trying to figure out how to make things work better for the people around here. Rewan is a quiet place and we don't have fancy offices or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting around and planning what to do next with the crops. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather isn't helping. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We just want to handle our business and make sure the farming side of things is looked after. You can usually find someone over at the address listed if you walk through the main part of Rewan. We’ve been here for a bit now. It is mostly just local folks involved. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. If something needs fixing, we try to fix it. If the seeds aren't right, we talk about it. It’s a pretty basic way of doing things but it works for us. Devesh helps keep the paperwork in order when he can. Being part of Rewan Jankisan Farmer Producer Company Limited means we just keep going day by day. We're just neighbors trying to manage our farming work together.
