We are based at Ramesh Kumar Tripathi's place in P.Omudila Nankar Unchdih. It's a group of farmers. Since we've been working around there for a while now, things get busy here with the crops. Daily work is what we do. Sometimes the weather is okay, sometimes not. Khuniyaon Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is just us trying to manage things better together. It’s not fancy at all. The office is here in the village. Most of us know each other already. Ramesh helps keep things organized. Along with handling the farming side, we try to get our produce moved. It’s hard work, honestly. People stop by the office in Unchdih to talk about seeds or what's happening in the fields. A big corporate office isn't something we have here. Just a small spot. Everyone knows us as the local farm group. Chores have to be done every day. Dealing with the paperwork takes time, but we get through it. That's just how life is in the village. P.Omudila Nankar is where we stay. There is no website or big signs. Just the work. Farmers like us look out for our own crops and help the neighbor when it makes sense. Sometimes sitting outside and talking for hours is how we spend the time while waiting for the rain. Business experts we are not, just people who know the land we've lived on for years. We do what we can at Unchdih.
