Vaagisvari Vidhyalaya School

Our school sits right along the Bangalore Bypass Road in the Jagir Reddipatty area of Salem. You can't really miss the site if you are driving past. It’s a busy location, but we have a decent amount of space once you get past the front gates. We have been serving the local community here for a while, and many of the families in the nearby neighborhoods send their kids to us. The building is functional and straightforward. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the usual classrooms, a playground for the younger ones, and a small office. Salem gets really hot during the summer months, so we make sure the fans are working and there is plenty of water. In the mornings, there is a lot of noise with the school buses arriving and parents dropping off their children, but it settles down once the bell rings. We aren't a corporate chain; we are just a local school doing what we can for the kids in this part of town. Sometimes things feel a bit rushed, especially during the rainy season when the roads get messy, but we manage to keep things on track. Most of our staff live nearby, so there is a friendly, local feel to the place. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the children have a safe place to be while their parents are at work.
