We are situated out in Karuppur, right near the post office. There is not much to the address other than that, as everyone around here knows where things are. Karuppur is the kind of place where things move a bit slower, but the work we do with refractories is pretty intense. It is hot work, and the environment around the plant shows it. We have been here for a long time. The post office is the main point of reference for anyone coming to see us. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that can handle the heat and the dust of the industry. Inside, you will find some old desks and people who have been working here for years. We do not have a corporate headquarters in a big city; we are right here where the material is made. The sounds of the machinery are constant during the shifts. You get used to the rhythm of it after a while. Most of the people working here are from around the area, so it feels more like a community than a company sometimes. We do not bother with fancy brochures or a big front desk. If someone needs to talk to us, they just walk in. The air in Karuppur can be thick, and the work is hard, but it is what we know. We just keep the kilns going and handle the daily tasks as they come.
