Teensy Area Play School

Located at 133/62-A on Appuchetty Street, our little play school is right in the middle of the busy Shevapet area in Salem. It is a small place, which is why the name Teensy Area Play School fits it quite well. Since we are in a commercial part of town, the street outside is always full of people moving goods and shoppers walking around. Inside, the rooms are filled with bright plastic toys, small chairs, and mats where the toddlers sit. It’s never really quiet here; there is always someone crying, laughing, or dropping a wooden block on the floor. The staff spend most of the day bending down to talk to the kids or cleaning up small messes. We don’t have a big fancy campus with a stadium; it’s just a few rooms in a regular building on a busy Salem street. The walls have some old drawings taped to them, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of craft supplies. Parents from the Shevapet neighborhood drop their children off early before they go to their shops or offices nearby. We keep a simple routine of snacks, naps, and a little bit of play. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been part of this street for a while. We don’t try to be anything other than a local spot for the 636002 community where kids can spend a few hours while their parents are busy.
