Highkitez Play School

Highkitez is located at 321/3/109 C on M G Road, right on Venkatachalapathy Street in the Fair Lands area of Salem. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes it a bit quieter than the main roads. Since we’re a play school, the atmosphere is usually quite loud with toddlers crying or laughing. The rooms are filled with colorful mats, plastic toys, and little chairs. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized because the kids tend to leave toys everywhere. The walls have some drawings and charts stuck on them, most of which were done by the staff or the children themselves. We have a small outdoor area where the kids can play, though it’s not very big. Salem gets really warm, so we try to keep the children indoors during the middle of the day. Parents usually drop their little ones off in the morning and have a quick chat with us at the gate. It’s a very informal setting. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just a few of us looking after the children and teaching them their first letters and numbers. Sometimes we have small events for festivals where the kids dress up. It's a lot of work and can be quite tiring by the end of the day, but that's just how a play school is. It’s a small, local spot in Fair Lands.
