We have been here at Sjv Nursery And Primary School for quite a while now. Our place is right on the Elampillai Kakapalayam Road in Vembadithalam. If you are driving through Salem, you probably know the area. It gets busy around here in the mornings when the sun is coming up and the shops start opening their shutters. We spend our days mostly looking after the little ones from around the neighborhood. It is a noisy place, honestly. Kids running around and teachers trying to keep things organized. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where people send their children to learn their basics. Being in Vembadithalam means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We know the parents and the grandparents who walk the kids to the gate. Salem - 637504 is where we call home. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as we can. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the daily stuff, like making sure everyone has their notebooks and pencils ready. It is just a local school doing what schools do. Nothing more to it really. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to work. It’s a simple life here in this part of Salem, and we like it that way.
