Star Steels

Star Steels is located at number 94 on the Suramangalam Main Road. It’s a very straightforward place. We’ve been on this road for a long time, and we’ve seen businesses come and go, but we stay put. The main road is always loud with buses and bikes, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the steel and the machines dry. We spend most of our time out back where the actual work happens. The front is mostly for when someone needs to drop off a drawing or talk about a job. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. It’s just about working with steel and making sure it’s cut or shaped the way it needs to be. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, so we take it a bit slower then, but the work always gets done. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. We know the Suramangalam area like the back of our hand. If you’re driving down the main road, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun now, but it’s still there. We don't have a website or a big social media presence. Most people just know where 94 Suramangalam Main Road is and they stop by when they have a need. It’s a practical, local shop and we keep the routine going day in and day out.
