Sri Venkateswara Blue Metals

Sri Venkateswara Blue Metals is tucked away in the Omalur area, specifically via Nainakadu in Kadayampatti Taluk. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is where the work happens. We handle a lot of stone, so there is always a layer of fine dust on everything, including the trees nearby. We do not have any polished floors or air-conditioned lobbies. It is a rugged place. Most of our day involves talking to truck drivers and checking the size of the stones. The weather out here in Kadayampatti can be quite harsh. When it is sunny, the glare off the rocks is something else. When it rains, the tracks get messy and slippery. We have been part of this landscape for a while now. It is a basic operation with a few sheds and a lot of open space. We do not spend money on advertising. People just hear about us from their friends or neighbors who have bought from us before. It is a quiet life if you do not count the sound of the machines. We have a few dogs that hang around the gate, mostly sleeping in the shade. We eat our lunch together under the big tree when we get a chance. It is just honest work. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to supply what people need for their building projects.
