Sri Amith Vidhyalayaa Matriculation School

Our school is located right on the Salem to Chennai NH Road, specifically in Vaidhyagoundampudur. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic passing by, but once you step inside the gates of Sri Amith Vidhyalayaa Matriculation School, it feels a bit quieter. We have been operating in the Salem area for a good number of years. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages and we all know each other well. The school follows the matriculation system, which keeps us pretty busy with exams and paperwork. We have basic classrooms and a bit of space for the students to move around. Being near the highway means it's easy for the buses to get here, but it also means we have to keep a close eye on the front gate. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the state, just a reliable place for local families to send their children. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here in 636115, so we try to keep the rooms as airy as possible. The building is painted simply and we do our own maintenance when things break. You won't find flashy posters or big promises here. We just teach the lessons and make sure the kids are safe during the day. It’s hard work running a school on this road, but seeing the students grow up makes it worth the effort for all of us working here. It keeps us coming back every morning despite the noise and dust.
