Skandha School Of Architecture

We are based in the Chinnamal Complex, which is right in the Swarnapuri area of Salem. Our office is on the second floor. Most people know the building because there is an Apple showroom on the ground floor, and we are directly opposite the ARS Multiplex. It’s a very central spot, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the street noise, though you can still hear the movies starting sometimes. Skandha School Of Architecture is a simple place. We have some drawing tables, computers, and a lot of sketches lying around. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we do our work. We’ve been in Salem for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the parking downstairs can be a bit of a headache because of the theater crowd, but we manage. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us here working on architectural ideas. We don't use any fancy talk about our goals. We just come in, sit at our desks, and help the students or work on our own projects. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place for anyone interested in how buildings are put together. We just try to stay busy and keep the office running smoothly for whoever walks in.
