Muthayammal College Of Arts & Science

We've been here in Vengaga Palayam for a while now. The college is right on the road in Rasipuram, so it's easy to find. Most days it’s pretty busy with students running around between classes or hanging out near the gates. Being in Namakkal, the weather gets quite warm, but we have enough trees around the campus to keep things decent. It's just a regular place where people come to get their degrees in arts and science. We have different departments spread out across the buildings. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush. The staff mostly live nearby or commute from the surrounding villages. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just solid concrete buildings that have seen a lot of batches pass through. You’ll see students sitting on the stone benches during lunch breaks, sharing food they brought from home. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with so many people, there’s always something to fix or clean. The office is usually the first place you hit when you walk in through the main entrance. It’s a quiet spot compared to the canteen area which is always noisy. We just do our work here every day. People know us in the neighborhood as the big college on the way to Rasipuram. It’s a part of the landscape here in Tamil Nadu. We don't change much, just keep the gates open and the lights on for the students.
