Muthamizhl Hr.Sec School & Sri Rajamuruga School (Cbsc)

We have our schools, Muthamizhl Hr.Sec School and Sri Rajamuruga School, located out in Periyeri. It's near the Sheepfarm area in Athur Taluk. We are right on the Salem Chennai Main Road, which makes it easy for the buses to get in and out. Being in Attur, Salem, we see a lot of local kids from the surrounding villages. It’s a big site since we have both the higher secondary and the CBSE sections. We don’t really go in for fancy talk or expensive advertisements. The buildings are practical and have been there for years. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being on the main road helps. The 636102 area is where we belong. We spend our days making sure the classes are running and the grounds are kept up. It’s a lot of ground to cover, and sometimes the dust from the main road gets everywhere. We just deal with it. The teachers are hardworking people from around Salem. We don't have any big missions or corporate goals we talk about. We just want the students to learn their lessons and do okay in life. It can be a bit chaotic during the morning rush, but once classes start, things settle down. We’ve been a part of this community for a long time and we plan to stay right here for years to come.
