We are Moti.Narayan Sarkar Farmer Producer Company Limited and our work happens right here in Sagar. Our small office is located at the home of Shri Siya Ram Dixit, who is the son of Shankar Laldixit. You can find us in the Bazar Ward area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around every day. We are just a group of local people who decided to work together on farming stuff. Most days we are out in the fields or checking on things, but this address in Sagar is where we keep our records and meet up. It is not a big fancy place or anything. It is just a regular house where we handle the business side of things. We have been doing this for a while and everyone around here knows Siya Ram and his family. The work is hard and the sun gets really hot in the summer months, but we just keep at it. We deal with seeds and crops and all the things that come with being a farmer. Sometimes the rains do not come when they should, which makes things difficult for everyone in the group. We try to help each other out when someone is having a tough time. It is a simple life and we do not use any big words to describe what we do. We just work the land and try to sell what we grow. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work year after year.
