Refinement Agro Products Private Limited is based at 389 Shanti Nagar, right off Damoh Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic passing by all the time. Our building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We focus on getting agro products ready for the market. It’s not a very glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust and noise, especially when the machines are running or the trucks are being loaded. We have a small staff of local people who have been with us for a while. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. The office inside is a bit cluttered with samples of grains and different products we handle. We try to keep things clean, but it’s a constant battle with the nature of the work. We sit down and talk to the farmers who come in from Damoh Road and the surrounding villages. They know us and we know them. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk about the quality of the products and the dates for delivery. Some days everything goes according to plan, and other days the rain messes up the transport. We just take it as it comes. It’s a real business run by real people who understand the ups and downs of the agriculture industry. We keep our heads down and just do what needs to be done every day.
