We started this group because it felt like the right thing to do for the people around here. Amaroots Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of a small office near Sagar Royal Homes, specifically in Block B where things stay pretty busy. Most of us grew up around farms, so we know how tough it gets when you're trying to move your crops. It isn't always easy to manage everything, but we try our best to stay organized. Being in the Jg 02 spot, we have a bit of space to keep the paperwork in order. Sometimes the office gets a little crowded when several people show up at once to talk about the harvest. We don't have fancy desks or anything. It's just us trying to work with other local farmers so everyone gets a fair shake. Life here moves at its own pace. Some days are slow and others we can't catch our breath. We handle the daily tasks ourselves. If you walk into Sagar Royal Homes and look for the Ramraja Construction area, that's where you'll find where we handle things. It’s just a plain room where we sit and figure out the logistics. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trying to make the farming life a bit more stable for the folks involved. Usually, there's someone here drinking tea and looking over the ledgers. That is just how we operate. We spend a lot of time on the phone with transporters and checking on the weather. It is what it is.
