You can find us at Shop No 12, right near the petrol pump in the Vadali Market Yard. It’s a busy spot right off the highway. We’re Vadali Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of Mohmadriyajbhai A Memon’s place. Being at the market yard means there is always noise and people moving things around. Trucks are constantly pulling in and out, especially early in the morning. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s the nature of the business. We focus on what the farmers bring in. There isn't any fancy decor here, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of records. We keep the doors open so we can see what’s happening in the yard. Sometimes it gets really dusty with the wind blowing off the highway. We spend our days talking to people who come through the market. Everyone knows everyone else around here. If the truck is late, we just sit and wait. We handle the paperwork for the producers and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It isn't always easy when things get crowded during the harvest season. The heat can be brutal under the tin roof, but we’re used to it. We just do our work, day in and day out, making sure the local produce finds its way to where it needs to go. It’s a practical life, nothing more. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about getting the crates moved.
