Idar Utkrash Kissan Producer Companylimited is based right on the Idar Himatnagar Road. We are across from the Suthar Samaj Vadi, near the Shakari Zinn. It is a group of us farmers from around Sabarkantha. We got together because it's hard doing things alone. Most of the day we are out in the fields, but this is where we handle the paperwork. It isn't a fancy office. We have some desks and plenty of tea. People drop by after work to talk about crops or what the market is doing. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with everyone talking at once. We have lived in this part of Idar for a long time. The road gets busy with trucks and tractors passing by all day. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate rules, just neighbors trying to help each other out with their harvests. If you are heading down towards Himatnagar, you will see our spot. It is easy to find. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make sure our local farmers get a fair deal. It is hard work, especially when the weather does not go our way, but having this group makes it a bit easier for everyone involved. We just take it one season at a time and see how things go. There is always someone around if you have a question about what we are doing with the produce lately. We are just regular people.
