Tilouthu Farmers Producer Company Limited runs its operations from Ramnath Kushwaha’s house in Ranjeet Ganj. Ramnath is Bidesi Singh’s son and he has been in Rohtas his whole life. Our group is small but we are all from around here. Being in Rohtas means we understand the soil and the seasons quite well. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. It is just a bunch of us trying to make the farming business a little better for everyone in the village. Most of our meetings happen at the house where we can have some tea and talk about the crops. The address is easy to find if you are local to Ranjeet Ganj. We deal with the usual farming stuff, like seeds and what to grow next. It’s hard work and the sun gets very hot in Bihar. We don't have a polished staff, just people who know how to plant and harvest. Sometimes things don't go as planned but we figure it out as we go. We’ve seen many harvests come and go over the years. This company is just a way for us to stay connected and handle the business side of things together. We don’t talk about missions or visions.
