Sai Amrutha Caterers

We've been running Sai Amrutha Caterers from our spot here in G K Towers for a while now. Most people around A S Rao Nagar know where Plot No 112 is, right in Radhakrishna Housing Colony. It’s usually pretty busy in the kitchen because there is always some event or small gathering needing food. We don't do anything too fancy, just the kind of meals people actually like eating. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we are just prepping vegetables for the next day. It’s a lot of manual work, standing on our feet and making sure the spice levels are okay. We moved into this space because it had enough room for the big pots and stoves we need. People just drop by the office to talk about their menus. It isn't a big corporate office or anything, just a place where we get work done. We try to keep things simple and local. If you walk past the building, you can usually smell whatever we are cooking that morning. It’s just me and a few others handling the orders. We know the roads around here well since we spend half our time driving to different houses to set things up. The morning traffic on the way to Radhakrishna Housing Colony can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage to get everything sorted. We've got a routine now that works and we just stick to it.
