Manjunath Caterer

Manjunath Caterer is situated at 4-32-375 in Lalbahadur Nagar, which is over in the Jeedimetla area. We are right in the middle of things here. Our day-to-day life is basically centered around the kitchen and the delivery schedule. Jeedimetla can get pretty busy with traffic, so we have to plan our routes carefully to make sure the food arrives when it is supposed to. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It has been a lot of hard work, and we have learned a lot along the way. We do not have any fancy titles or uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for working in a hot kitchen. The smells of spices and wood fire are always around our place. We do a lot of prep work during the day, like peeling vegetables and making sure the rice is just right. It is a messy job sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We have seen many families in Lalbahadur Nagar grow up over the years. We stay focused on the task at hand and do not worry too much about what everyone else is doing. If there is a job to be done, we just go and do it. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is ours. We are just a group of people making a living by cooking for others and keeping our kitchen going through the seasons.
