Our kitchen is located at P-72 in Srinivas Nagar Colony. If you know the ECIL area, we are right opposite the Good Luck Hotel. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we stay very busy inside. We started this catering business because there was always a demand for food for local events and celebrations. We handle everything from small family lunches to bigger gatherings in the neighborhood. The prep work starts early in the morning when the supplies arrive. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and grinding spices to get the flavors right. Being in the 500762 zip code, we mostly serve people around this part of Hyderabad. The kitchen staff has been with us for a while, and they know the routine well. We don't have a fancy menu card with pictures; we just talk to people about what they want and we make it for them. Sometimes the orders are very specific, and we try our best to get them right. It is a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day near the stoves, but it is what we do. We just want to make sure the food is cooked properly and reaches the venue before the guests arrive. It is a simple, local operation and we take our daily tasks seriously without any extra show. People know us for our regular hyderabadi dishes and getting the containers delivered when they need them. The delivery auto is usually ready by noon.
