Daawat Caterers

We are located in Apuroopa Colony, which is part of Jeedimetla. Daawat Caterers is just a small group of us working out of this space. It's not a corporate office or anything like that. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, which can get pretty crowded when we have a big order to finish. Jeedimetla is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We chose Apuroopa Colony because it was convenient for us to get to and from the local markets. When we first started, we didn't have much equipment, just a few big burners and some huge containers. Now we have a bit more, but the way we do things hasn't changed much. It’s about getting the fire started early in the morning and making sure the vegetables are fresh. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. Most people just find us by walking by or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The work is sweaty and tiring, but it's what we know how to do. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, so things get a bit messy, but we manage to get everything out the door on time. Being in Jeedimetla means we see a lot of different people every day. We just stay focused on the cooking and the cleaning and making sure the vans are loaded up correctly before they head out.
