Aijaz Caterers

Aijaz Caterers is based at 23-2-151/2 in Shah Alibanda. We are right opposite the Nayaab Function Hall, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. If you get lost, just ask someone where the function hall is and you will see our door. We spend most of our time in the back preparing things. It gets quite hot in there, especially during the summer months in Shah Alibanda. Our team is small, mostly family and a few neighbors who help out when things get busy. We have a lot of large pots and pans everywhere because that is what this job needs. The street outside is always crowded with people and bikes, so unloading supplies can be a real challenge sometimes. We don't have a fancy front office or anything. It's mostly just the workspace where we get everything done. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people on this block. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We do our own washing and cleaning after every job, which takes a lot of time. It's not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We mostly focus on our orders and try not to worry too much about the rest of it. Being across from the function hall helps people remember where we are.
