Glory Caterers

Glory Caterers is basically a small, local operation that we’ve been running for a good number of years now. We don't have a big fancy storefront or a polished lobby to show off. Our workplace is just where we do all the heavy lifting, tucked away and focusing on the daily grind. Every morning, the first thing we do is check the stock and get the burners going. It’s a noisy environment with a lot of clinking metal and the constant hum of the exhaust fans. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just jumps in where they are needed. Some days are much more stressful than others, especially when we have several large orders overlapping. You might see us looking a bit tired or covered in some flour if you drop by unexpectedly. We don't use any high-tech systems to manage things, just a few notebooks and a lot of memory. The kitchen has its own rhythm that might seem like chaos to someone else, but it makes sense to us. We’ve had the same group of people working here at Glory Caterers for ages, so we’re more like a family than coworkers. We just try to stay busy and do a decent job every day without making a big production out of it. It’s just a normal workplace. We don't have a specific street name in our address, we just operate under Glory Caterers. We just get on with things.
