Akram Caterers

Akram Caterers is located right on Shahlibanda Road, near the Mega Super Market in Shah Alibanda. This is a very busy part of town with people and vehicles moving past our door at all hours. We’ve been running our catering business from here for a good while. Having the supermarket so close is handy when we run out of small things, but mostly we get our bulk supplies delivered early in the morning. Our space is usually filled with the smell of woodsmoke and spices. We do a lot of traditional cooking here. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working kitchen where things get messy and loud. We spend our time managing the cooks and making sure the food is ready for transport to different parts of Hyderabad. Shah Alibanda has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of it. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people walking by or neighbors who know our family. It’s hard, physical work, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the food cooked right and making sure it gets to the event on time. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have anything fancy to say, we just do the cooking and the delivery like we have for years.
