If you go down Ratu Road and turn into Sukhdeo Nagar, you’ll find us at Radha Bhawan. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy, but it serves us well for the school. We’ve got kids from all around the neighborhood coming in every morning. It gets pretty lively around 8 AM when the gates open. The classrooms are basic, with chalkboards and wooden benches that have probably been around since the school started. We focus on the basics here—reading, writing, and making sure the kids stay out of trouble. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows for light. The teachers here aren't from far away; we're mostly neighbors ourselves. We know the parents and we know which kids are likely to skip their homework. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We don't have a big playground, so the kids play where they can in the open spots. It’s just a neighborhood school doing its part in Ranchi. Nothing more, nothing less. We just want the kids to pass their exams and grow up to be decent people. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the learning doesn't stop because of that. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the atmosphere calm so the children can focus on their books. It is a noisy job, but we are used to it by now.
