D.A.V. Nandraj Public School

We are located at Marwari Arogya Bhawan No - 03, right on Booty Road in Ranchi. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with the medical college nearby. There is always an ambulance or a bus going past the gate. The school is a big, sturdy building with several floors. We have a lot of students, so the hallways are always buzzing with energy between periods. The stairs are worn down from years of kids running up and down them. We have a small canteen that smells like samosas in the late morning. Our staff is a mix of older teachers who have seen it all and young ones who are still figuring out how to manage a loud classroom. We don't have much space for a big park, but we use every corner of the grounds for activities. The office is usually full of paperwork and parents asking about registration. Ranchi weather can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time closing windows when the rain starts blowing in. It’s a practical environment. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the usual boards and notebooks. We try to keep the kids focused on their work, but there’s always a bit of chatting going on. It’s a typical city school where everyone is busy and trying to keep up with the daily schedule.
