St Jagat Gyan Senior Secondary Public School

We are located out in Piskanagri, which is a bit away from the main center of Ranchi. Being out here means it is a little quieter than the city, but it still gets busy enough when school starts. As a senior secondary school, we have older students hanging around as well as the younger ones. The building is quite large because we need the space for all the different grades. We spend a lot of time managing the classrooms and making sure there are enough benches for everyone. Life in Piskanagri is a bit different from the heart of Ranchi, and we like the space we have. The staff here are mostly local people who take the bus or ride their scooters to get here every day. We do not have any fancy talk about our goals. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students are ready for their exams. There is always something to fix, like a door that does not shut right or a fan that makes too much noise. That is just part of life here. We have a lot of students coming from the surrounding villages too. It is a practical school for people who live in this part of the district. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just teach, provide a place for kids to sit, and keep the school running day after day. It is hard work but necessary.
