About Shri Govind High School – Education in Ranchi
We’ve been here in Upper Hatia for a while now. Most people know the spot near Chaibasa Toli. It’s just a regular school building where kids from Ward No. 53 come every morning. There’s a bit of noise when classes start, but that’s just how it is. We have the usual classrooms and a small area where they play during the breaks. The staff is mostly local folks who have been working here for years. It’s not a fancy place with big gates or anything, but it stays busy. Parents drop their children off on their way to work, and we see the same faces every day. The school has seen many batches pass through these halls. Sometimes former students stop by to say hello when they are back in Ranchi. We try to keep the place tidy, though the rain sometimes makes things a bit messy in the yard. It’s just a local school doing what it can for the families around Hatia. Nothing too complicated about it. We follow the standard routine, bells ring, lunches are eaten, and then everyone heads home in the afternoon. It feels like a part of the neighborhood fabric after all this time. The walls are painted a simple color and we don't have fancy lights. Just desks, chairs, and books. It’s a humble place but it serves its purpose for the community around us.
