Science Tutorial Centre

Science Tutorial Centre is located at Karam Chowk in the Harmu Housing Colony area. We are quite close to St James Mission School, which makes it easy for those students to find us. Harmu is a busy part of Ranchi, and there are always people moving about near our center. We focus mostly on science subjects because that is where most students seem to have the most trouble. Our rooms are simple, with enough boards and markers to explain physics and chemistry diagrams. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or interactive screens. We just use the old-fashioned way of explaining things until they make sense. Sometimes we stay back late to help a student who is really stuck on a problem. The noise from Karam Chowk can be heard sometimes, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a local tutorial center that serves the Harmu community. We know the struggles of the students here because we see them every day. We don't promise anything other than we will sit with you and work through the chapters. It is a plain, honest environment where the focus is strictly on the books. Parents often drop their kids off and have a quick chat with us about their progress. We like the personal connection we have with the families in this neighborhood. It keeps us going even on the days when we feel tired from teaching.
