Lady K C Roy Memorial School

You can find Lady K C Roy Memorial School out on Ratu Road, specifically in the Kamre area of Kanke Block. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of Ranchi, but that means we have a bit more space than some other schools. The building has been here for a good number of years. It has that look of a place that’s seen many groups of students come and go. We have a lot of classrooms and a big enough area for the kids to hang out during their lunch break. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us forever and some newer faces. We don't really have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a group of people who all know each other and work together to keep the school running. We deal with the usual things like fixing broken desks or making sure the water coolers are filled. It’s not always easy, but we get it done. The families around Kamre seem to appreciate having us here. We don't make big promises or use a lot of complicated words. We just teach the subjects that need to be taught and make sure the kids follow the schedule. It’s a humble place, and we’re just fine with that. We plan to keep serving the Ratu Road community just like we’ve been doing for years.
