Children'S Heaven Public School

Children'S Heaven Public School is out in Bundu, which is part of the Ranchi district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it is where the local kids come for their lessons. The school building isn't anything fancy, just a solid structure where the kids come to learn. Students arrive from all over Bundu and the nearby smaller settlements. Life here is a bit slower than in the middle of Ranchi. We follow the usual school calendar, with long summer breaks and holidays. In the classrooms, you'll find basic wooden desks and benches that have seen many years of use. You can see the hills in the distance from some of our windows, which is a nice view when things get stressful. We spend our time on the everyday needs of the students, making sure they have their uniforms right and their homework finished. There is a small field where the boys play football when the weather is good. Because the staff is quite small, we all end up doing a bit of everything, from teaching to fixing a broken chair. Knowing every student’s name and their parents is just part of being here. Big advertisements aren't something we do. People just know we are here in 835204 and bring their kids to us. A lot of time goes into cleaning the blackboards and sweeping the floors after the classes are over for the day.
