We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of fancy technology. We just have some shelves full of books and puzzles. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, or we have to replace a light bulb in the hallway. It’s just part of keeping the place going. The staff is mostly local women who live around Ranchi. We spend a lot of time talking to parents at the gate when they come for pickup. It isn't a high-pressure environment; it’s just a place for kids to spend their time. We don't have any big slogans. We just show up every morning, unlock the doors, and get ready for the day. It’s a nice little spot in a quiet part of town. We are happy to be here doing this every single day.
