We are set up in Ranchi, specifically over in the Hec Colony at Dhurwa. Our office is Cd-33 in Sector-3. It’s a well-known area around here. We’ve been helping people find work for a long time. Recruiting isn't always easy; some days are just spent looking at piles of resumes and making phone calls that no one answers. But we keep at it. The office is pretty standard. We’ve got some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full and a few chairs for when people come in for a chat. We aren't one of those big agencies with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local job market. We talk to the companies nearby and the people looking for a start. Dhurwa is a busy place, and being in the Hec Colony means we see a lot of activity. We don't use any fancy software to pick names; we just read what people write and try to see if they fit. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear, but that’s the job. We try to be straightforward. The building at Cd-33 is easy to find if you know the sector. We don't have a big neon sign. People just know where we are. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business and we’ve been doing it like this for years. We often grab lunch at the local stalls nearby between interviews.
