Even though our name says New Delhi, we are actually located at H1/153 in the Harmu Housing Colony in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It’s a bit of a trip from the capital. The pin code is 834012 if you’re looking for it. Living in harmony sounds like a big goal but we mostly just focus on running the center day to day. It’s a quiet area. Ranchi has a different pace than Delhi. We have people coming in and out throughout the week. The building is part of a housing colony, so it’s very peaceful and residential. We try to keep the atmosphere calm. There are a few of us on staff here. We handle the administration and make sure the place stays clean and ready for whoever visits. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We spend a lot of time talking to people and just being present. Sometimes we have to deal with maintenance issues like a leaky pipe or a broken light, just like any other house. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s a simple way of operating. We like it here in Harmu. It’s away from the main city noise. We just do our part and try to keep things moving along smoothly without any big drama or complicated business plans. It's just us doing our job.
