You can find us in Ranchi, over in the Doranda area. We are in the Shivam Apartment building, specifically in Flat 203. It’s a bit of a small space but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with people and helping businesses find the right staff for their needs. It’s a lot of sitting in the office, making calls, and checking through lists of names and numbers. The apartment building is a regular place where people live too, so we try not to be too loud during the day. We have a small table for when people come in to talk to us about their experience. It’s not very formal here. Most of us wear regular clothes and just get on with the day's tasks as they come. Ranchi is a growing city and there are always people looking for work. We try to keep track of who is hiring and who needs a job urgently. It can get a bit messy with all the files and notes we keep on our desks. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for it to come back, but that's just how it is here. We don't have a big advertising budget or a fancy website to show off. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are or hearing about us. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it feels like a good spot.
