Our office is tucked away in Shubham Apartment on Kanke Road in Ranchi. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office space. We are in 4A, staying with Sri P.K. Agarwal’s place. It’s a nice area near Lake Avenue, which is good for a quick walk when the work gets a bit too much. We do consulting, which mostly means we spend our days talking to people about their careers and trying to help companies find staff. It is a lot of listening and taking notes. The room is usually filled with the sound of fans and someone typing away. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth. Ranchi has grown so much lately, and the traffic on Kanke Road can be a real pain during peak hours. We’ve got a small team here. We try to keep things low-key and honest. If a job isn’t a good fit, we say so. There is no point in sugarcoating things. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the piles of resumes. It’s steady work. We like being in a place that feels real and not like some glass tower in a big city. The building has a bit of that old Ranchi charm. We often hear the birds outside near the lake. It's a far cry from those sterile business parks you see in bigger cities. We like that people can just drop by and have a real conversation without needing five badges to get through the door. It’s a comfortable spot.
