You can find us near the old gas godown on Ratu Road in the Hesal area of Ranchi. We are tucked away in a spot that’s a bit hard to explain unless you live around here. It’s 834005, or just Ranchi-5 as most people say. Next Hr Solutions is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of hiring and job matching for people looking for work. The office isn't anything special to look at. We’re mostly busy with people dropping off papers or calling about job openings. Being near the godown means people usually use that as a landmark to find us. Ratu Road can get pretty packed with trucks and bikes, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been in this part of Jharkhand for a while. It’s a working neighborhood, nothing fancy. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s just how things are here in Ranchi. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the people we help are locals from the nearby towns. It's a simple operation. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Just a door and a desk. If you get lost, just ask someone where the old gas godown is and they’ll point you our way. We are around most days of the week.
