Our facility is located at Survey No. 137 to 140 in Village Varsha Medi. It is a bit of a trek to get all the way out here, but this is where all the heavy lifting happens. Being in the sugar business means our lives are always tied to the land and the changing seasons. The buildings here aren't brand new, and you can definitely tell by looking at the paint in a few spots, but everything works just like it should. We spend most of our time making sure the machinery is running and the sugar is being processed correctly. It is a messy business, often sticky and constant, but it keeps the whole team busy year-round. We have a good amount of space across those survey numbers, and we ended up needing every inch of it as we grew. Local workers from the taluka come in early every day and we just get to it. We do not have fancy meeting rooms or even a proper coffee machine. Usually, we just stand around the yard or find some shade under a truck to talk about what needs to be done next. It is noisy and loud when the machines are at full speed, but that is just the sound of a workday. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the country. We just want to get through the daily load without too many breakdowns. We are just regular people doing a job in Varsha Medi.
