Being Barbeque

If you’re driving down Kalavad Road in Rajkot, you’ll see the Rivera Wave building. We’re located in room 102, which is right above the Royal Enfield showroom. Being Barbeque is a place where we spend most of our time dealing with grills and heat. It’s pretty close to the McDonald’s, so this area is always buzzing with people and bikes. The sound of the motorcycles from downstairs is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. The setup inside is practical for what we do. We have to keep a close eye on everything since grilling can get pretty intense. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s more about the smoke, the smells, and the noise of a busy kitchen. The staff here are hard workers who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or polished speeches. We just focus on the tasks at hand, like making sure the tables are ready and the charcoal is right. Rajkot gets pretty warm, and when you add the heat from the grills, it can be a lot. But we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s a straightforward business on a busy road. We see people from all over the city coming in, especially on the weekends when Kalavad Road is at its busiest. We’re just happy to be part of the local scene here and keep the fires going.
