Taral Foods

We started Taral Foods in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at Pratham on Street No. 6. It’s right opposite the Bhavnath Mandap Service place. Dealing with food means our days start very early. We have to get everything prepped and ready before the sun is even up properly. It’s a lot of manual work, cleaning, sorting, and packing. The kitchen area is where we spend most of our time. It smells like spices and grains all day long. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just make the food items and sell them to people who know us. Street No. 6 is usually quiet, which is nice compared to the main roads around here. Our family helps out a lot with the packing. We try to keep things clean and simple. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we thought, so then we have to work extra hours in the evening to catch up. It’s not easy work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. People come by the shop to pick up their orders and we usually have a quick chat. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We don't use fancy labels or expensive packaging, just good stuff inside the bags. That’s what matters to the people around here anyway. We just keep doing what we do and focus on the food quality.
