Swastik Food

We are located out on the Rajkot - Ahmedabad Highway, specifically at Plot No. 1/2/3 in the R. K. Industrial Zone. Our business is Swastik Food, and being out here near Kuchiyadad means we see a lot of highway traffic all day long. The industrial zone is a busy place with lots of trucks and noise, which suits us just fine. We have a fair amount of space across those three plots, which is good because we need the room for all the equipment and the supplies that come in. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction and the highway nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial area. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the bags are being filled. It’s a hot place in the summer, especially with the metal roof, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't really set up for visitors; it's more of a working site where we focus on getting the food processed. Most of our neighbors are other factories, so we all just kind of do our own thing. We stay busy from morning until late evening, making sure everything is ready to be loaded onto the trucks heading out toward the main highway. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace by now and we just keep at it.
