Shah Food Processing Pvt. Ltd.

Shah Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Purvi Enterprise at 6, Rajput Para. It’s a pretty central location, but the street can get narrow. We’ve been working out of this spot for years. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little steep, but it’s home for us. We do all our processing work right here. It’s not a huge factory with robots; it’s mostly just us and some reliable machinery that we’ve had for a long time. We spend a lot of our mornings sorting through raw materials. It can be tedious work, sitting there and making sure everything looks right, but it has to be done. We don't really have a fancy website or anything. Most of our customers are people we've known for a long time. We keep things pretty quiet. Sometimes the neighborhood gets loud with the local markets nearby, but inside the building, we just focus on the task at hand. We have a small kitchen where we make lunch together most days. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big meetings about "strategy." We just look at what needs to be processed today and we get to it. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve had some ups and downs, like any business, but we’re still here in Rajput Para, doing the same work we’ve always done.
