We’re tucked away on Street Number 54 in the Digvijay Plot area. If you know where Vishram Vadi is, we are just right behind that. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we still get plenty of activity around our doors. We’ve been making our products here for a good while now. It started small and it’s stayed pretty much that way, which is fine by us. We don’t have a massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s just a handful of us who know the process from start to finish. Every morning we open up the shutters and get the supplies ready. We mostly deal with local folks and small businesses that need what we make. There’s a lot of handwork involved, so things don’t always move as fast as a big automated line would, but we like it that way. You can see the care that goes into every single item. We don’t go around making big promises or using a bunch of marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes we run out of materials and have to wait for a delivery, which can be annoying, but that’s just part of running a small place. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news or the weather before getting back to the benches. It is a steady way to live and work. We stay around until evening.
