You’ll find our facility right on National Highway 8-B, near Kuvadva Village on the outskirts of Rajkot City. Being on the highway is very convenient for moving goods, but it does mean it’s quite noisy with all the trucks passing by. We are Roto Screentech, and we’ve been out here for a while. The site is a bit spread out, which gives us the room we need for our machinery and screen-related work. It’s hot work, especially during the summer months in Rajkot, but we have a good group of guys who have been with us for years. We aren't tucked away in some shiny city office; we are right where the work happens. The dust from the highway comes in sometimes, but we’re used to it. We focus on getting the screens right and keeping the machines running. There isn't much of a corporate ladder here; we all just pitch in where needed. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine needs fixing or a big order is due. We don’t bother with much advertising because word of mouth in Rajkot is usually enough. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. Being close to Kuvadva Village means a lot of our staff come from nearby, which makes it feel like a local community effort despite being on a major road. We have a couple of dogs that hang around the gate, and they’ve become part of the team in their own way.
