If you drive down Kalawad Road towards Metoda, you’ll find us in the Lodhika GIDC area. We are right by Kishan Gate at Plot No. G-809/B. The industrial estate is a huge place, and it can be easy to get lost if you aren't familiar with the layout. Our setup is pretty standard for this part of town. We’ve got the production area where we handle various food products and a small section for packing them into boxes. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but the big fans keep the air moving enough to work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here; we just focus on making sure the products are made the way they should be. Most of our guys live nearby, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the place. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. There’s usually a lot of noise from the neighboring units, which is just part of being in a GIDC. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy front office for visitors. It's just a gate, a workshop, and a group of people working. Every day is about checking the batches and making sure the machines are greased. It’s steady work that keeps us busy. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in Metoda. It's a practical way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that.
